1.  National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) will issue revised patent certificates and certified copies of patent certificates for the patents authorized on and after December 4^th, 2018

2.CNIPA will still issue the old version of patent certificates and certified copies of patent certificates for the patents authorized before December 4^th, 2018.

3.The old version of patent certificates, revised ones and the certified copies of patent certificates have equal legal effects. And unless otherwise specified, the issued old patent certificates and the certified copies of patent certificates shall not be replaced with those revised.

4. The revised patent certificates and the certified copies of patent certificates will not be furnished with envelop, but still in A4 format and vertical typesetting. And it changes from printing on only a single face to print on front and back , and there is only frame and no logos or seals on the back. And on the original place of the stamp duty mark it adds a dimensional barcode and the stamp duty mark is moved to the back of a patent certificate. Besides, the information of the applicant, inventor or designer of the patent application is also added on the back of a revised patent certificate.
