The administrative dispute case of review of trademark格萊美(the proposed mark)with No.20592908 between the plaintiff and Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce(the TRAB) went to trial on July 6, 2018. And the judgment revokes the review decision on the rejection of " 格萊美" trademark no. 20592908 made by the TRAB no. 11407 [2018] and required the TRAB to make a new decision.

The proposed mark was first applied for registration on July 8th, 2016 and was refused by the CTMO later. And the TRAB made the review decision on the rejection of " 格萊美" trademark no. 20592908 on January 23rd, 2018 when the plaintiff filed the review application within the legal time limit. And dissatisfied with the decision, the plaintiff filed an administrative lawsuit with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court which made a judgment revoking the decision and required to make a new one after examination.
